BIKRAM HOT YOGA
Get fired up throughout this popular series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Designed to warm and stretch those hard working ligaments and tendons, this class with align the body and mind – making you feel like a warrior. Invest in strength and relaxation for your body and over time you’ll see yourself reshape and heal.
Get your glow from the cyclical nature of this class, which moves fresh oxygen around your body to invigorate and energise. Popularised by Bikram, this type of Hatha yoga is characterised by a set series of postures and breathing exercises in the same sequence each time.

VINYASA
Dynamic Vinyasa
A challenging and playful Vinyasa class to work the entire body. Expect standing balances, cardio and optional modifications to help you progress in your ability. Expressive, dynamic, fun and suitable for all levels.
Especially recommended to those who want to progress their practice.
Vinyasa Open
Connects the breath and movement together to work the body and calm the mind. Floor based postures alongside standing balances and asanas and meditation will leave you feeling strengthened and energised. You will work on the entire body.
Especially recommended to those who want to start their Vinyasa practice and want to build a solid foundation.
YIN
Get slow and stretchy, warming up your body from the inside out. Hold postures for longer to slide into a deep stretch, igniting your Inner Glow. Find your own edge of stillness, allowing your muscles to be soft yet active. Relieve daily tensions while increasing circulation and mindfulness.
This class will target connective tissue, bones and joints, with the added benefit of reducing stress, improving flexibility and encouraging meditation.
This Yin style Yoga incorporates principles of traditional Chinese medicine, mirroring a slower pace of life.

ROCKET BEATS
RocketBeats class is a breath-based practice born out of the Rocket system. It is a fun, challenging style of yoga set to an energising playlist. While there is a structure, there are no set sequences. Instead, the practice has different directions to target all body parts.
• “Up” will work your shoulders (strength & flexibility)
• “Down” will target your hips and legs (think one leg balances and hip openers)
• “Forwards” works your front body compression (yes, those hip flexors)
• “Backwards” takes care of opening your front body and building strength in your backbends. Everybody with an open mind, willing to try new things (even if they don’t work out the first time) is welcome to join this dynamic practice, developed by Imi Wiseman and Alan Ellman. Enjoy and have fun whilst practising.
GONG BATH
In this Sound Bath, you will lie down comfortably with your eyes closed and be taken on a transcendental meditative journey. Your body will naturally tune in and create a resonance with the sounds waves from the planet gongs, known for their specific healing frequencies.
You are free to relax and drift off where the sound takes you, leaving you feeling deeply relaxed in mind, body and spirit.

INFERNO PILATES
Are you ready for a full body workout? Inferno Pilates combines HIIT and Pilates principles. It is a low impact workout and is good for developing the core. It helps you get stronger and leaner without the pounding of a high impact workout.
Done to motivating and energetic music, the class is 50 minutes long, and is designed for ALL fitness levels. Beginners are welcome!
