At our Shoreditch yoga studio we are passionate about hot yoga and giving our members the chance to achieve strength and flexibility for both mind and body.

At Hot Yoga Shoreditch, we are proud to offer unique and beneficial yoga classes for everyone, based on classical Bikram Hot Yoga, Inferno Hot Pilates, Vinyasa and Yin yoga styles. Our yoga classes are focusing on different aspects of well-being providing a holistic yoga experience for all levels of practice. We truly believe that yoga should be accessible to all, regardless of  previous experiences, age, gender and body shape.

Our East End London yoga studio is perfectly situated, less than 5 minutes walk from Old Street tube station and with only 7 minutes by tube to Shoreditch High Street, de-stressing in a hot yoga class after a long day in the city could not be easier. Our hot yoga classes

INFERNO PILATES – combines HIIT and Pilates principles. It is a low impact workout and is good for developing the core. It helps you get stronger and leaner.

BIKRAM HOT YOGA – our hottest class with 40°C temperature and at least 40% humidity – ideal to build overall strength and stamina. The sequence of poses is always the same so it is easy to follow for beginners.

ROCKET BEATS – an energizing, music-infused style of Rocket Yoga that blends dynamic, fast-paced sequences with upbeat tunes to build strength, flexibility, and focus.

VINYASA – DYNAMIC VINYASA and VINYASA OPEN – based on Vinyasa yoga these are a great mix of stretching, strengthening and balance work. Depending on your confidence you can go dynamic or open!

YIN – our slowest class aimed at stretching – ideal for winding down at the end of the day or weekend offering deep relaxation and meditation.

GONG – a meditative experience where participants are immersed in the soothing, vibrational sounds of gongs to promote deep relaxation, stress relief, and inner calm.
